3. Order Confirmation

  • Receipt: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email.

  • Production: We begin crafting your items with the utmost care and attention to detail.

4. Delivery or Pickup

  • Delivery Options:

    • Standard Shipping: We can ship your order using a standard shipping company. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your order details.

    • Local Delivery: If you are within 40 miles of Portsmouth, NH, we offer delivery at $2.00 per mile, including in-home setup.

  • Pickup: You also have the option to pick up your order directly from our workshop.

5. Enjoy Your Custom Piece

  • Receive Your Order: Your handcrafted item will be ready for pickup or delivered to your specified address.

  • Setup Included: For local deliveries within 40 miles, our team will assist with in-home setup to ensure everything is perfect.
